What is Mindset

Mindset is essentially one’s mental attitude. There are 2 types: Fixed and Growth.

A Fixed Mindset, you guessed it, is focused on that familiar. A Growth Mindset is open and ready to take on new challenges.

A Growth Mindset focuses on: Growth Learning Achievement

What is Mindset Coaching

Mindset Coaching focuses on individual existing beliefs and ways of thinking. Our mindset has been shaped by all of our experiences throughout of lives which influences how we view ourselves and the world. Most people are not aware of the lenses they use to interpret day to day life. Through focused questions and exercises, this lense is realized and changes can be made to live a happy life and achieve goals.

How Long Does it take?

Each person is different and unique. Some are new to working with a coach and others have tried all sorts of ways to help themselves get “unstuck”. Due to this, length varies by person and need.

Coaching vs. therapy

Coaching focuses on moving forward to achieve and reach goals. Of course your life history effects your choices and behaviors but Coaching looks ahead not back.
